The location was convenient and strategic, directly to the very centre of attractions. The staff were very efficient and professional every time I dealt with them. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of delicacies.

The hotel was adjacent to Metro which is outside the door, the metro and Gulbenkian museum, and Lisbon for a hospital appointment thanks to its absolutely perfect and easy location. Everything was nice, but a few employees were not very friendly. Spent here 1 good day and would want to stay there again.
